I loved the swimming, I tend to watch on Eurosport because their commentators are better, and they show the whole program start-to-finish.

My new monday session isn't quite:
One assistant coach insists its great and says ahe is telling everyone to come on a Monday because its so good...the other shouted at me for 45mins on the car park afterwards, and during the session keeps telling the kids to do the opposite to what ever more…

Yes I am looking forward to it. I am enjoying my swimming more than I have done for a long time and the fact that I've started getting "quicker" (even though it's just a bit) is really helping. A long time ago when I was (much) younger, I had a real problem with a "certain" age group of women. We'd go away for a weekend in a guest house, or for a week in some remote cottage and invariably some (what I'd have thought then was an old) little dear would come on to me.
