Haven't posted a set for a while, so here goes what we did today:
Warm Up:
1 x 400 EZ
3 x 100 fly kick, 50 free build to max RI 15
Main set
20 x 50 swum:
4 x 50 PB + 10 on 70s
4 x 50 PB + 8 on 70s
4 x 50 PB + 6 on 70s
4 x 50 PB + 4 on 70s
4 x 50 PB + 2 on 80s
I managed up to +4 okay, when I was +5 and +3/4 to finish - very knackered! The first 12 were good, I was trying out my improved catch on a breathe every three pattern. It felt kind of lopsided, but then that could have been because I was accentuation my catch action on 1, or 2, of my three stroke pattern. Have to say the pattern/structure fell apart on the last 8 repeats!
